Celebrating the people moving their organizations forward.
Great vehicle programs don't happen on their own. Behind them are people who make thoughtful decisions, find better ways of working, support their drivers, and turn everyday improvements into meaningful business impact.
The Cardata Impact Awards celebrate the administrators, drivers, teams, and organizations making a difference through better vehicle reimbursement.
Know someone whose work deserves to be recognized? Nominate them for a 2026 Cardata Impact Award.

Maybe it's the administrator who transformed the way your program runs. The driver who sets the standard. The team that delivered a major business result. Or the colleague who is always pushing for something better.
Tell us their story. Submit your nomination by October 15, 2026.
A great nomination helps us understand three things: what the nominee set out to accomplish, what they did, and what changed as a result.
Tell us the story behind their impact and include specific examples whenever possible. Measurable results, such as dollars or time saved, improved compliance, stronger adoption, a better driver experience, or another meaningful business outcome, can help our judges understand the impact.
You don't need to write an award-winning essay to submit an award-winning nomination. Specificity matters more than length.
Please only include information you're comfortable sharing with the person or team you're nominating. Your nomination description may be shared with the nominee as part of the awards process.
Nominations for the 2026 Cardata Impact Awards open August 31, 2026 and close October 15, 2026.
The Cardata Impact Awards are open to Cardata customers. Awards recognize drivers, administrators, managers, customer teams, and organizations depending on the category.
Yes! You can nominate a colleague, team, organization, or yourself where appropriate for the award category.
Not every impact can be captured in a number, so metrics aren't required for every award. However, measurable results—such as savings, adoption, compliance improvements, time saved, or other before-and-after outcomes—can make your nomination stronger.
Following the nomination period, a cross-functional Cardata judging committee will review eligible nominations. Cardata may also validate relevant program and product information to help judges evaluate submissions fairly.
Submitting a nomination does not automatically make it public. Winners will be contacted before public recognition to confirm their information and how their name, company, and story may be shared.
Selected winners will be contacted privately in November, with public recognition taking place during Cardata Impact Awards Week, December 1–4, 2026.
