Yes. Drivers can securely update their banking details within the platform. Changes must be made before the cutoff date listed on the Direct Deposit Payment Schedule to apply to the current payment cycle. Updates made after that date will take effect in the following period.
What happens if a driver’s payment fails?
If a payment is returned due to incorrect or outdated banking information, the driver is notified and prompted to update their details in the platform. Payments are not resent until the banking information is corrected. For certain banking partners, returned payments can typically be reprocessed within one to two business days after updated information is received.
